Endives Braisées Miel Citron Gingembre

J'adore les endives (au grand damne de mon chéri, heureusement pour lui qu'il n'y en a pas là ou on habite !) Je trouve que le citron et le miel corrigent admirablement l'amertume des endives, et puis avec toutes ces épices, c'est forcément délicieux !

Pas bête le miel ! Car ce qui freine souvent c'est cette saleté d'amertume ;)
Je vais essayer tiens !
