Endives Braisées Miel Citron Gingembre

Comme à mon habitude, j’y ai ajouté une touche personnelle, une note d’épice.
C’est aussi un accompagnement que l’on peut servir soit avec du poulet, soit avec des saint jacques.
Ingrédients :
– 6 endives coupées dans la longueur
– le jus d’1 citron
– 2 cs de miel liquide 5j’ai utilisé un miel de baies roses qui vient de la Réunion)
– 1 cc de gingembre en poudre
– 30 g de beurre
– sel, poivre
Dans une sauteuse, faire fondre le beurre.
Mettre les endives et les faire dorer quelques minutes, en les retournant.
Ajouter le jus de citron, le gingembre, le miel, le sel et le poivre.
Couvrir et baisser le feu.
Laisser cuire, tout en surveillant, une vingtaine de minutes.
